Orders are processed within 2-3 days. Customers will be notified via email (at the email provided on your order) of the pick-up, shipment or delivery date, within 24 hours of placing your order.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This is to prevent your juices from sitting idle unrefrigerated. In addition, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O and F.P.O addresses. Also, due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside of the United States. Typically, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days. The delivery date is also included in your follow up email.
How do the juices remain fresh during shipment?
Freezing is the best and most convenient way to preserve the nutrition and flavors of raw juices. We freeze each bottle within minutes of preparation and ship your order frozen so that your juice arrives fresh without compromising nutrients and/or taste. When your order arrives, you can either start consuming the bottles immediately (with in the suggested timeline-see Shelf-life) or store them in your freezer and pull them out as you need them.
