If your Beauti-Juice order is damaged or arrive in poor quality (during Shipment), please contact us at info@beauti-juice.com or call 314-478-8222 immediately. We will either replace the product(s) at our expense or, provide you with a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for the product(s).  If for some reason you are not satisfied, with your order, please contact us immediately.  We will review on a case by case basis and will determine how best to remedy and/or accommodate.

If your UPS tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, you will have to contact UPS and file a claim for a missing package. Once you have a claim number, please send the claim information to us via phone or email, and we will send out a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever option you would prefer.
