We use quality/top juicers, and store in cold pressed containers.  In addition, all juices are prepared with some form of citrus (oranges, lemon or lime).  As a result, the shelf-life is 3-4 days (but not longer).  We place an expiration stamp on each bottle, indicating the expiration date.  To extend the life of your juice, you may freeze immediately upon receipt of your order. See “Freezing raw Juice” below for further instructions.

Although freezing keeps juices safe indefinitely, quality begins to decline after a few months. Vitamins in frozen juices degrade during storage, and the longer you freeze the juice, the greater the loss. We recommend freezing only up to 2-4 weeks (to maintain freshness and conservation of nutrients).  Thaw in the refrigerator and drink within 24 hours of defrosting.
